Control mechanisms

Due to the fact that the project Inclusive market will be implemented by public funds, it is necessary to ensure that there are mechanisms that will oversee the process of spending these funds. Inclusive market advantage is that it is not a novelty in the control, as will be realized in the same way as in standard conditions and labor market services, where standard control mechanisms already in place.

Effect to the prohibitions control authority, than any other supplier-customer relationship. The procurement of public services, the supervision of individual contracts to carry out the Public Procurement Office. Labour Inspectorate will assume responsibility for compliance with working conditions (since it is a standard employment relationships), as well as the function of Social Insurance, health insurance and the tax office will remain.

The only obligation will be added to the labor office, the obligation of a review of the rate inclusive of regular employees working in inclusive company, and therefore they satisfy the conditions necessary for the functioning of inclusive business. In purposeful commitment period will control spending provided by the State for the operation of inclusive companies in the competence of the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic or the Treasury.
